3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit without proof of delivery.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected at our return facility, refunds are issued directly to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your banking institution to process and credit the transaction.
